Our Goal is to Listen to our clients need, vision or dream and shape those comments into a refined drawing file.

The drawing becomes a valuable piece of information which can then be used for many purposes.

The ultimate purpose of a drawing is to have the vision represented by it brought into production, through construction or fabrication.

Our focus is on home plans, however for Designers who require mechanical fabrication drawings -we can accommodate your needs as well.

Home plans: Every person is unique, your home should be an extension of your uniqueness.

Creation is here to help you formulate your ideas into a plan which you will be satisfied with. A plan which will allow you to visualize the outcome and determine the costs, before you begin construction.                                                        Options are unlimited:

• This may be a home you will live in the rest of your life.
• A home you can add additions to as your budget allows.
• A coach house you can use for added income.
• A renovation to an existing home.
• A cottage or summer mansion.
• A chalet or winter getaway.
• A structure you can gain some equity in, sell and build again.
• Or what ever your need may be!
  

2D plans:      Some clients can view a basic 2D floorplan and know that is what they want. From that 2D plan, Creation can design the blueprints required for construction.

3D Renderings and Walk throughs:      Some clients would like to walk through their virtual home on the computer before the blueprints are created so they know they will be completely satisfied with the result. Creation can produce that virtual home with colour, light fixtures, receptacles, kitchen cabinets, appliances -even furniture and landscaping if so desired.

If parts of your structure are beyond the scope of Section 9 of the BC Building Code -Creation will make you aware of these areas and advise for engineering to meet code regulations and local bylaws.

Creation is also working on stock plans which we will make available for sale on our website.
